Why not fuck off back there then" and given a scowl. You would then have known exactly where you stood, realised your life would not be interfered with by her having a key. What she has signalled by her well over-friendly behaviour is she expects to interact with you as a fellow human. Gross!
Will you ask nik if jamie could be official bouncer at the party? It might help him in his bodyguard career. Also, why no more interest in Ben? (You did not even ask, ffs!) Ben at least tried to bum you, which is more than (probable st8 lad) Alex has ever done! I think if you were dating someone with a teenage son, you might want to treat the situation with some sensitivity and that was a bit insensitive.
from my perspective, i think even if your dad was going to give val her own keys, it would have been the courteous thing to do to let you know beforehand..he may own the hosue and pay the bills, but its still your home.
also, i know your like superdry ...they sell officially on ebay now... and alot cheaper than in Cult, House of Fraser etc..thought you might like to know!!.
